Education Excellence Conclave 2026 Launched: Schools Invited to Nominate Meritorious Students

The new educational initiative will recognise high-achieving Class X and Class XII students while highlighting the role of schools, teachers and parents in building a culture of excellence.

News24Media Education Desk Hooghly, West Bengal July 2026

CCLP Worldwide has announced the Education Excellence Conclave 2026, inviting recognised schools to nominate eligible students for a special felicitation programme celebrating academic achievement, perseverance, leadership and responsible citizenship.

The initiative seeks to honour students who have demonstrated exceptional performance in the Class X and Class XII Board Examinations. It also aims to recognise the contribution of school leaders, teachers and families whose encouragement and guidance help students achieve their academic goals.

Organisers describe the Conclave as more than an award ceremony. It has been conceived as an educational platform that can inspire students, strengthen school participation and promote a sustained culture of recognition across the academic community.

Celebrating excellence beyond a marksheet

Across India, students spend years preparing for public examinations. Their results often reflect discipline, consistency, resilience and the ability to work towards a long-term goal. Yet, in many cases, these achievements receive only limited recognition outside the school community.

The Education Excellence Conclave 2026 intends to provide a broader and more visible platform for meritorious students. Although academic performance forms the principal eligibility requirement for the inaugural edition, the initiative also highlights the importance of integrity, leadership, character and a responsible approach to learning.

“Recognition is not only a reward for past performance. It can also become a source of confidence, aspiration and responsibility for the future.” Education Excellence Conclave 2026

Which schools can participate?

Participation is open to recognised educational institutions. Eligible schools may include:

  • CBSE-affiliated schools
  • CISCE-affiliated ICSE and ISC schools
  • Recognised State Board schools
  • Government and government-aided schools
  • Recognised private schools
  • Kendriya Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas
  • Other recognised institutions approved by the Organising Committee
Important: Students cannot apply individually. Every nomination must be submitted by the student’s school through the official School Nomination Portal.

Academic eligibility for the inaugural edition

For the 2026 edition, schools may nominate students who secured 90% or above in their respective Class X or Class XII Board Examinations, subject to the published eligibility criteria and successful document verification.

Schools may nominate all students who meet the qualifying requirement. The consolidated nomination system has been designed to reduce repeated data entry and make participation easier for school authorities.

A simple two-stage nomination process

School Registration

The institution submits its official details together with the name and contact information of the Principal and School Coordinator.

Consolidated Student Nomination

The school submits one nomination form containing all eligible students and uploads the prescribed supporting documents.

Documents schools should prepare

Participating schools are advised to download the prescribed documents and keep all required records ready before opening the Student Nomination Form.

Student Nomination Sheet

A single prescribed spreadsheet containing the details of every eligible student nominated by the school.

Board Marksheets

Clear and legible copies of the relevant Class X or Class XII Board examination records.

Student Photographs

Recent passport-style photographs identified clearly with the names of the nominated students.

Principal’s Declaration

The official declaration must be signed, stamped and submitted by the participating institution.

Recognition for students and their institutions

Academic achievement rarely develops in isolation. Behind every successful student is a network of teachers, school leaders and parents who help create the discipline, confidence and learning environment necessary for sustained performance.

By inviting schools to nominate their students, the Conclave acknowledges this wider educational ecosystem. Verified participants may receive certificates, medals, stage felicitation, official photography and coverage through institutional and media platforms, subject to the final programme and decisions of the Organising Committee.

Why recognition matters

Meaningful recognition can help students see that effort, consistency and responsible conduct are valued. It can strengthen confidence, inspire peers and contribute to a positive academic environment within the school.

The organisers believe the Conclave can become a long-term platform for celebrating merit while gradually expanding the conversation around leadership, character, creativity and responsible citizenship.

Looking ahead

The Education Excellence Conclave 2026 has been planned as the beginning of a wider educational initiative rather than a one-time ceremony. Future editions may broaden recognition categories and encourage deeper collaboration among schools, educators, families and educational organisations.

At the heart of the initiative is a simple message: achievement deserves recognition, excellence can inspire excellence, and today’s meritorious students can become tomorrow’s responsible leaders.

School nominations are now open

Recognised schools can review the eligibility criteria, download the required documents and begin the nomination process through the official portal.
