🥋 Strength, Spirit & Discipline: Karate Belt Upgradation Competition Held at Saraswati World School
The echoes of determination and discipline reverberated through the campus of Saraswati World School as it hosted a vibrant Karate Belt Upgradation Competition on Tuesday, 24th July 2025. The event was a celebration of martial arts excellence and the unwavering spirit of young learners.
👊 A Day of Passion and Precision
The Karate Belt competition brought together students of various belt levels who showcased their karate techniques through kata (forms), kihon (basics), and kumite (sparring). Under the watchful eyes of expert judges, the participants demonstrated not just physical strength but also mental resilience, focus, and commitment—hallmarks of true martial artists.
Though the final belt promotion results are to be announced later, the event was a strong reflection of the students’ hard work, confidence, and years of training.

The highlight of the event was the felicitation ceremony of the distinguished panel of judges:

Their presence brought gravitas to the occasion, and their fair evaluation and expert insights elevated the competitive spirit among the students. The school management expressed gratitude to them for nurturing young martial artists with professionalism and passion.

The Principal of Saraswati World School, Mrs. Shyamashree Biswas, praised both trainers and participants, noting that karate is more than a sport—it’s a philosophy of self-discipline, confidence, and respect. As the belt upgradation results await declaration, students left the mat with a renewed zeal to continue their martial journey, embracing the values of Bushido—the way of the warrior.
